3. B2B Product Specification Disclaimer
As a reprocessed polymer manufacturer, we provide the following technical disclaimers for B2B buyers:
- Feedstock Variance: Reprocessed polymer resins (High-Density Polyethylene [HDPE] and Polypropylene [PP] granules) are manufactured from post-industrial waste materials. Consequently, minor batch-to-batch variation in Melt Flow Index (MFI), mechanical density, color tone, and moisture content may occur.
- Buyer Testing Obligation: Technical specifications and laboratory data provided on this site are indicative averages. It is the buyer's sole responsibility to perform independent sample test runs and qualify reprocessed resins prior to processing commercial extrusion or injection molding production.
- Specific Use Limitation: Our recycled resins are not warranted for direct food-contact packaging, medical devices, or sensitive child toy applications unless explicitly certified otherwise in writing for specific commercial contracts.
4. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall Forge Renewables, its proprietor, or employees be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including loss of production, mold damage, machinery downtime, or commercial profit loss) arising out of the use of our website or products. Our total financial liability for any qualified product defect claims is strictly capped at the invoice value of the specific order batch.

Certifications are issued strictly based on actual weight processed and delivered, complying with Plastic Waste Management Rules.
6. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Forge Renewables and its proprietor from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your violation of these terms or misuse of the corporate portal's inquiry system.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
