Our facility utilizes modern mechanical crushing, dynamic hot-wash cycles, vacuum degassing, and 35:1 L/D single screw extrusion equipped with fine hydraulic screen changers and underwater die-face cutters to ensure pristine granule purity.
Tailored MFI Specifications
With strict laboratory controls over Melt Flow Index (MFI) and polymer density, our reprocessed HDPE and PP granules are customized for direct integration into molding machinery for packaging, automotive, pipe, and consumer brands.
Machinery & Technology Infrastructure
Our mechanical recycling facility operates state-of-the-art machinery to process industrial plastic scrap into high-purity polymer granules.
1. Forced Feeding & Hopper
Our line starts with an automated Forced Feeder equipped with a 50 Litres hopper and a 3.7 kW drive. Featuring a polished feeding screw, it continuously crams light post-industrial waste (such as films, trims, and article scraps) into the extruder barrel without bridging or interruptions.
2. Single Screw Extruder
Featuring an 87kW installed power capacity and a 75mm screw with a 35:1 L/D ratio. The main screw is made of nitrided and mirror-polished alloy steel, operating across 6 heating zones (30 kW) with cooling fans and degassing vents. Controlled via premium AC drives, it delivers a steady output of 190 to 220 Kgs/hour.
3. Zero-Downtime Screen Changer
Equipped with an online hydraulic screen changer with a filter diameter of 100mm to 150mm and a 7.0 kW hydraulic unit operating up to 200 bar. Coupled directly to the barrel, it enables on-the-fly mesh swaps with absolutely no machine stoppage, ensuring continuous output.
4. Dieface Cutter & Centrifuge
Granules are cut directly at the die head by an automated Dieface Cutter with 8.4 kW power. It includes a built-in centrifugal drier and a closed-loop internal water circulation system with a heat exchanger requiring 20 LPM flow, yielding uniform pellets.
5. HDPE & PP Reprocessing
Engineered specifically for the high-purity reprocessing of High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) and Polypropylene (PP). We process rigid scrap (crates, pallets, chemical drums, PE100 pipes) and flexible scraps into highly uniform dieface granules ready for industrial compounding.
6. In-House Quality Control Lab
We test and control feedstock density, moisture, and Melt Flow Index (MFI) to deliver consistent polymer properties. This ensures our final extruded granule batches meet exact customer specifications (HDPE: 0.25–2.2 g/10 min; PP: 10–26 g/10 min) for trouble-free molding.
